This handbook provides a presentation of a spectrum of methods that all can be described as action research. Do you want to improve you own life? Improve your ethical standards? Or are you an environmental activist wanting to improve strategies in the fight against industry? Or are you researching ways to improve democracy at work? All these questions share the fact that they are strategies, and action research is concerned with improving strategies. Very useful book. Highly recommended.
