4.0 out of 5 stars A mixture of delights, 3 Feb 2014
This review is from: Making Nothing Happen: Five Poets Explore Faith and Spirituality (Paperback)
Five poet/theologians explore faith and writing and themselves. Each has a different approach and each has a different style of poetry,
They meet to support and criticise each other's work. Some of it is self-referential in the best way; some is not quite up to that mark.
Each presents poetry that is worth reading, marking and ruminating over.
For me, Gavin D'Costa's reflections - especially his thoughts on linking the Tower of Babel and Pentecost - are exceptional. As are his poems about death and grief.
