I'm disappointed with this book as it could have been so much better. I'm not really sure who it's aimed at as it's definitely not suitable for those completely new to exercise. I do not like the layout of this book and you are constantly flicking from page to page. The major drawback is that you are told to do an exercise e.g. 'incline press' and you then have to go hunting around the book to find out how to do the exercise. It would have been so much better if there was a page number reference in brackets after the exercise. There is also an expectation that you will have a home gym or access to a gym - both totally unrealistic, that's why we've bought the book! Also an expectation that you'll spend money on various health tests e.g. cholesterol tests etc, again totally unrealistic. However on the plus side, I like having a target, 12 weeks and I'm sticking to the exercise parts (and substituting other exercises due to lack of gym equipment). I'm also ignoring the diet plan which doesn't cater for vegetarians. The book is okay but could have been brilliant if had been properly tested on someone before publishing.

This is my new daily bible! Very simple to follow, really nutritious menu options that taste great and work! I feel and look healthy and obviously I've lost weight. I don't feel like I've been on a diet, just eating normally without having to count 'sins' or 'points'
I've got all my friends onto this now!

This book really helped me to follow a structured programme. I just wanted to be a bit more healthy, but this enabled me to lose proper weight, become more toned, and keep it off. Being a full time working mum I needed easy quick meals that my daughter would also eat. Stick with it as I dropped a dress size and had more energy in daily life, in no time.

This has been a real help for me , giving me ideas and a structure to ensure I keep with the plan . Day to day it gave me focus and has helped me tone and lose weight . The combination of fitness and nutrition has made me feel great inside and out . My skin and overall wellness has improved . More of this please

I received this book back in June and have used it ever since....it is such an easy to follow book which so far I have lost lots of weight and feel so energised! I'll write a full review when I have finished the full twelve weeks, but so far I am really impressed!!

I would thoroughly recommend this book. It is well illustrated and easy to follow and gets real results!
