Ths is possibly the worst book I have ever read since being forced to read Simone de Beauvoir's "A sentimental Education" at gun point when I was at school. To describe the characters as two dimensional would be an insult to any cartoon and the plot was amatuerish to the point of insulting one's intelligence. How I finished it I will never know but it was as though Mr. Mc Bain simply couldn't be bothered to flesh out the characters or the plot. I honesstly think I could do better and I am no writer. Bad bad bad bad. If I could give this book no stars or minus 5 stars I would.
