A Kid's Review
This review is from: Trusts and Equity (Foundation Studies in Law Series) (Paperback)
This book was putchased as part of a five bundle pack for law school. I found the certain topics such as tracing, proprietary remedies, trustee liability, and fiduciary respondsibility to have very limited coverage. Furthermore topics such as constructive trusts, resulting trusts, and proprietary estoppel were not adequately covered. I would have like to have seen more of a discussion regarding how they are similar and different. Finally I found the way the topic was presented to be quite boring and generally found the book could not hold my attention as a reader. I suspect this issue is based on the lack of detail that is provided by the author.

In my opinion this is a good book for an A-level course on trusts or someone wanting an introduction to the topic of trust without much detail. However if a potential purchaser is wanting detail regarding trusts or looking for a textbook for a university course on trusts I would strongly discourage them from purchasing this book.
