This review is from: Commercial Management of Projects: Defining the Discipline (Hardcover)
28 contributors, academics in the fields of; construction, technology, innovation, architecture, aerospace, civil engineering, business administration and strategy, offer state of the art wisdom towards the understanding, formation and execution of this new discipline, commercial management. The book considers wider commercial issues than focussed time and goal project management. It explores the practice of commercial management and its theories without being prescriptive. It looks at issues based on recent research findings.

It represents an upto date reference book, each chapter is extensively referenced and the final chapter summarises, from each chapter, the research questions or challenges for the future. As an MBA student this book offered depth and bredth, for me it was a stimulating starting point for further research.
