4.0 out of 5 stars Essential Reference Book
I have read this book from its first edition. What began as compilation of case reports has grown into nicely edited textbook with lots of informed opinions by experienced neuropsychiatrists from UK.Every psychiatrist regardless of subspeciality needs this book on their desk. Oh! did I forget to mention GPs, neurologists, A&E doctors....

3.0 out of 5 stars Okay
Okay book. Certainly meant for academic types who just want to read. It will not help in the day job. And it certainly wont help in keeping you out of trouble with your medical council,

All you need to know, plus many things you never expected to know, in an amazingly well written textbook!
It deserves 5 stars, but...make an online-accessible version, and you'll get it!
