This book is an indulgent and refreshing publication. It is well written,lucid and wickedly tempting. Lora Brody writes with authority andexperience yet still keeps a sense of fun and wickedness. The recipes areinspiring. The ones that I have made since recieving the book a few daysago are superb!
Most fo the ingredients are available outside the US(with the exception of cacao nibs, but I am working on that) and thequantites are given in Imperial weight as well as American cups.Incidentally, Heath Bars are just like Dime Bars.
This book is amasterpiece - in the same class as How to Eat!
