While there are many books on valuing a business opportunity, this one take a different perspective and provides a strategic framework for looking at opportunities holistically. For instance, it helps you think ahead about the opportunity and critical areas that you want to work on for evaluating and building the opportunity. Kindle edition is easy to read and I particularly like the toolkit/ checklists at the end that make it easier to implement the ideas.
Would recommend this book to entrepreneurs, VCs and anyone considering a new business opportunity
