perfect for beginners and advanced, as well

I have just started to bake gluten free and I needed a good book, what explain what and why. This book is that! Very detailed and understandable for `dummies`. :)))) (All of us are dummies when we start something.) So I use as a `bible` now, and write my notice in the book. Though I bought other gluten free baking book, it is the best. Last but not least the book contains more than 150 recipes, and several flour blends, as well.
