This is an excellent book. It is quite technical but the author genuinely strives to make complex information accessible to the enthusiastic layperson/ student. It is comprehensively illustrated with plenty of colour charts/ graphs etc.
Reading this book made me realize that the "climate debate" is over - mankind is definitely adversely influencing the
climate. Why are we so reluctant to acknowledge what 95% of earth scientists are telling us? This book gives a
wonderful insight into how these scientists have reached their conclusions and the science/ computer modelling
underlying these conclusions.
A must read for anyone interested in the subject; even if it is pitched at undergraduate level.
