5.0 out of 5 stars Good!
It is clear and very easy to understand. It's good for people who has never known about arbitration to grab the important points very quickly.

UK-based buyers need to be warned that the book is published by Cambridge University Press USA and not UK. Therefore, it does not have a London/English law centric approach. This is important because where England is chosen as the seat of international arbitration or where English law has been chosen as the host contract law, there have been a number of important English court decisions on how to determine which country's law applies to the arbitration agreement (if no express agreement has been reached) - none of which appear in this book. In fact the book has no case index nor any case law at all.

As documentary evidence is usually of considerable importance in international arbitrations, it is surprising that the author given very little attention to this topic. The book also needs to include a section on the disclosure/discovery of electronic documents, which are increasingly at the heart of commercial arbitrations.
