This book is certainly enlightening and some may think controversial. However for those of us unabel to read German it opens up a whle body of hitherto inaccesible source material which has not been used before. Was this because of deliberate policy or just laziness by previous authors ? I leave that to the reader to make ones own mind up. I would consider it essential reading for anyone who wants to do more than scratch the surface of the history of National Socialist Germany. If your the type of person who unquestioningly accepts/believes that Hitler and the Nazi's were all nasty evil men then this is NOT THE BOOK FOR YOU. However if you have an enquiring mind then this has to be on your list of books to read. ESSENTIAL BOOK FOR ALL STUDENTS OF THIS PERIOD OF HISTORY. I used its numerous sources as references for my PhD.

Hitler has become like that creature from Greek mythology that morphs into the thing the person wishes to see. Like if I turn my gaze at the creature I see a big breasted Swedish porn star, but if a hindu sees it, he sees Krishna, or a lonely person sees a long lost friend. The word 'Hitler' is like this. People see in a prison of a nightmare, this is the creature we are all seeing; the same creature, but each person views it from different angles. Objectivity is impossible from an angle.

Richard Tedor has done a great service to the Truth.

A book for the future? You bet! Hitlers Revolution is no diatribe, but neither is it a self-flagellating guilt trip by a court academic with a reputation to worry about. You will not find Dante's Inferno in describing National Socialism in this book. Objectivity personified is what we have here! A staggering achievement in a world of conformity!

SO well done to Richard Tedor . He is a very brave man!

Read this book.Leave all your preconceived ideas where they belong. In the bin.Germany under Hitler was doomed from the very day he came to power. The established world planned Germany's violent death by whatever means.Full employment, decent social housing,Healthcare for all,the list goes on.Workers seldom had any of these benefits in other countries. Most still lived in slums.Especially of interest is the level of treason by his own high command. These traitors cost the lives of countless German and axis soldiers. Why didn't at least one of them have the courage of their convictions and shoot him (HItler ).cowards one and all.

AJP Taylor wrote "“Historians often dislike what happened or wish that it had happened differently. There is nothing they can do about it. They have to state the truth as they see it without prejudices.” This text adheres to this maxim. Tedor's book is a compelling and fascinating read that is a must have for anyone interested in the history of this period, not only does it present an alternative interpretation of the forces and conflicts that affected Germany in this period it does so with convincing reference to a wide range of source materials.

What a read! So much could be said about this book, but honestly, purchase the book and judge it for yourself. If you are capable of reviewing information with an open mind, as should be expected, and challenge your own dogmas and what you have been told is the truth, then this book is going to be right up your autobahn!
