Just buy it, read it and leave it handy with you. Great book on a great subject. Never thought a book playing with definitions on something so abstract as aesthetics would use such a simple, subjective, unphilosophical approach. A find.

It does exactly what is says on the tin. Koren understands both the pedant’s and the academic’s frustration with the arbitrary and ambiguous use of "aesthetic(s)". Written with clarity, it is concise and to the point. Some may feel short changed by its brevity, however I found the lack of extraneous detail made this an extremely useful and convenient reference tool.
