Good book for people who have back pain/bad posture, explains why some stretches which poeple commonly do make things worse rather than better. Easy to read and I certainly felt I got some good info out of the book

I like this book,the American terminology can be irritating at times but I knew it to be published in USA when I ordered it.It has made a great difference to my back problem,which I now see has been worsened by the way I use myself...Makes perfect sense to me,thank you Dr Bookspan for helping me see that for myself.

There seems to be some useful information here. But I found it bit hard to read, the author needs a better editor. The line drawings look fun, but I sometimes was not sure what I was meant to be doing, so better diagrams needed. Still a useful resource though I would prefer the print version.

I have practiced Yoga and Pilates, and found some of the stretches uncomfortable. This book gives a much simpler way to stretch, without any fuss.
