5.0 out of 5 stars Great credibility confirmation of the first book KISS & TELL
Congratulations on proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that the first book KISS & TELL was not a bunch of made up lies. I thoroughly enjoyed the additional chapters especially the ones written by Joe Renda, and Frank D'Amico! The controversial documents included reveals not only inside info on KISS, but shows how deranged and delusional alot of the fans really are...

1.0 out of 5 stars Nowhere near as good as KISS & Tell
This book reads like a total cash in on the success of the first. I bought it because I so enjoyed the first book which is excellent. I felt really anoyed at G.G.Gebert for releasing this book in the state that it is in as there seems little point as there are few ACE Frehley stories in it and it is just rambling and arguments on the net which get boring, monotanous...

Shame really I was so looking forward to the book.

1.0 out of 5 stars total crap, 26 Dec 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Kiss and Tell More (Paperback)
Okay, KISS fans. Obviously we are reading this for inside stories and dirt on the group. This is a tabloid book and no one can deny that. Whether you choose to believe anything said about Ace is up to you. The first book was very readable and I enjoyed its content. this book is page after page of internet posts and the authors little giggles and snickerings when applicable. It is a waste of time. the author has blown his point by writing this book. I don't care if Ace is a complete jerk or not. I like his music. 30 pluspages of royalty earnings and bankruptcy papers are 1. not interesting, and 2. complete exploitation by the author. The first book was written to gather lost funds supposedly stolen by Ace when he took half of the corporation Rock Soldiers from the author. Good enough for me. Whatever. If you are going to write another book please put some actual content in it, please? I do not recommend this book from a readers standpoint. A KISS collector would want it, but do not expect to be entertained.

5.0 out of 5 stars Another MUST-READ. An EYE-OPENER!, 30 Oct 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Kiss and Tell More (Paperback)
I read the first book by Gebert and McAdams and that was a shocker! This book is a perfect follow-up to KISS & Tell. It's not for the faint-hearted or die-hard KISS fans that see their heros as they can do no wrong. I loved reading about all the REAL inside stuff on a rock band. Both KISS & Tell and KISS & Tell MORE are EXCELLENT books. Totally recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars KISS & Tell MORE ROCKS, 28 Oct 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Kiss and Tell More (Paperback)
KISS & Tell MORE is 300 pages of cool information you would not get anywhere else on the band KISS. There are documents, other writers (which was really cool), and loads of pictures (including hot babes - I love that Stacy Walker). The two books KISS & Tell and KISS & Tell MORE really exposes the reality of a band like KISS and removes all the hype and myths. Don't read it if KISS is your favorite band and you want to keep their false images intact. Read it if you like to find out entertaining, inside information about rock stars. Two very cool rock and roll books. If you are a Rock fan, these books are for you.

1.0 out of 5 stars The tale of a loser who met a rock star, 22 Oct 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Kiss and Tell More (Paperback)
The author has once again decided to subject us to tales of how his life was empty without humiliating himself in front of Ace Frehley, the successful lead guitarist of the successful band KISS. Gebert has an axe to grind and embarasses himself grinding it. The book is a collection of humilating annecdotes that are intended to make Frehley look bad, but actually make Gebert look bad by putting with all of this alleged garbage. Save some money, and get the same thing by buying the enquirer.
