3.0 out of 5 stars spoiled by bad or non-existent editing
This book with it's lovely photography and interesting selection of inspiring dishes is spoiled by not being adequately edited. There are a number of badly written, incomplete recipes which I think is inexcusable for a book like this. This book with it's lovely photography and interesting selection of inspiring dishes is spoiled by not being adequately edited. There are a number of badly written, incomplete recipes which I think is inexcusable for a book like this. The feint-hearted home chef would find his book rather daunting, and I doubt that many amateur cooks would make all of the recipes as they can be quite complex and call for some difficult-to-obtain ingredients. However, I enjoy paging through the book and having my imagination fired up by the interesting combinations and beautiful photographs. I haven't followed any of the recipes yet, but have used them to inspire my dinner party cooking.

Very pretty looking and you would think amazing but not so. Very boring and bland and a bit of a rip off.
