This fabulous book contains the letters of two family members before and during World War 2.
John Rock was a pioneer glider and parachute soldier but his sister, Margaret, had a very secret war. She was one of "Dilly Girls" a group of codebreakers at Bletchley Park working with Dilly Knox, the man who made the first British break into the German Enigma codes. Unable to tell her family about the very important secret work she was doing it makes fascinating reading.

Interesting book, written by my mother's namesake, enjoyed it very much-very evocative and contemporary with this year's significance. Would recommend.
