3.0 out of 5 stars Poor pictures
I bought this book but returned it. There is a lot of potentially good content, but it is spoilt by the fact that the pictures are small and against a mottled background the same colour as one of the demonstrator's clothing. This makes it very difficult to see the hand positions, which it vital to learning chin na.
