It is a little pricy but the information is high quality, even allowing for the advertorials about his gizmo, the Paveliser.

The book concentrates on how to isolate the abs for the most effective and efficient training. It follows the same principles as his other books... train heavy, with few sets.
Oh, and for all of us who bought one of those trim wheel abdominal devices, he lists exercises that actually work!
You don't need to buy his gizmo, by the way. A partner can hold your feet or you can hook your feet under a heavy object and squeeze a soccer ball or basket ball between your legs to gain the same effect.

Pavel's kettlebell exercises are very effective for strengthening the hamstrings, back and shoulders. However, I advise readers to ignore his advice not to warm up(or risk injuring your shoulders, as I did).
That said, his other books are a waste of money. He always pads the books by filling the back of the book with advertisements for his other books and products. He also fills up pages by using large photographs or blank spaces that take up half a page or more.
As is the case in "Relax Into Stretch" and "Super Joints", there are very few actual techniques that are taught in this book. "Bullet Proof Abs" is basically an explanation of the Janda situp and an advertisement for the 'Paveliser', Pavel's device (which he sells, of course) for sit-ups.
For a comprehensive course of abdominal workouts, buy "The Complete Book of Abs" instead.
