It basically looks at general bodily features (eyes, nose, mouth, fingers, hair, wrincles, etc) & analyses personality & future outcomes with them in mind. I am not so convinced about its accuracy & validity although I was pleasently surprised when comparing its content with some of my bodily features. However, how much that had to do with the fact that they were good traits/outcomes & me wanting to believe them is debatable. It contains some very dodgy drawn pictures where sometimes you wonder which body part they are actually trying to depict. Apart from that I would say that it is worth a read but I would't be going out there and analysing people with the information read in mind. No disrespect to the discipline of Feng Shui but this book is an introductory text & should be approached as light reading. So don't expect to become an expert after reading this book but do expect to have some light fun & predictions over the dinner table with family & friends.
