At last a book to assist with the problem of machine quilting a large quilt project.; These quilts are worked one block at a time on the "sandwich" of fabric/wadding/fabric and can be joined together with trellissing or bands, depending on what you wish to do with the blocks. This means you can piece a different pattern back and front or have patchwork on side and plain quilted fabric on the other, all done in one. The small blocks are also easy to carry around with you if you want to hand-quilt.
Definitely one for the patchworkers bookshelf - some lovely designs and ideas.
