5.0 out of 5 stars Ugliness is in the hands of the maker!, 30 Oct 2002
This review is from: Make Something Ugly...for a Change: The Definitive Guide to Papier/Cloth Mache (Paperback)
Dan Reader's second book on making monsters is as wonderful as the first. If you've already got the first book this one has more variety in the types of monster pictured and gives both basic and advanced techniques for making "Screamers".
If you haven't got either book then this one has all you need!
There are lots of inspiring pictures - many are ugly-cute with easy to follow instructions. Cloth mache is a great medium for having fun with. The projects are fun to do with someone too.
We have our very own little green monster sitting on top of the fridge-freezer!
We also have another two (one a fish and other more dragon like) given to us by my mother-in law!!!
Next I want a bird or a toad sort of screamer... or maybe even an ent...
