No longer are we afforded the luxury of living in a monastery/ashram etc in order to work on our spiritual growth. This book helps you to work with your own evolutionary (kundalini) energy and still raise a family, work a job and have a life. The meditations are easy for even the least disciplined person. The explainations of how to move this energy through your body for greater healing work better than any I have found so far. One of the best spiritual practice books I've read in the last 30 years!

I read this book after all the things happened to me. No one in my spiritual group knew what was happening to me and this book explained it all. I have several books on chakras but none in plain english like this one. A must read for anyone seeking or going through the spiritual awakening.

As a person who was totally blind on Kundalini, this book has given me very complete information on Kundalini from different aspects. It has also given detail instructions on how to prepare the body for the Kundalini awaken. For those who need information on Kundalini or on how to do practice as preparation for Kundalini awakening, this book is a definite answer!.

This is a wonderfully lucid and accessible guide to raising kundalini and clearing the chakras. Genevieve shares her experience and insight through evocative description and explanation, and the exercises are made even more accesssible thru the use of clear diagrams, pictures, tables and charts.

This book is interesting but I am not ready for it yet. It did confuse me and I had to stop reading it. But I would still recommend it.

This is my first book on Kundalini energy and I realy enjoy using it for exercises. Sections discussing malfunctions in individual chakra systems are very very interesting indeed ( no doubt you will find that the symptoms fit at least some people you have encountered in life, including yourself :) ).

I found this book amazing. It's written in a simple English, hence very easy to understand. If you are keen like me to know more what Kundalini and chakras are, and the exercises to cleanse and better yourself in the spiritual world, this is the book you need to explore. Great step by step guide.

This book is more of a "new age" book, with some background on kundalini, it gives no information about kundalini kryias, mantras or mudras or any other techniques. The book also does not talk about the man who gave kundalini to the west, Yogi Bhajan, which is a must, imo.

Its a okay book, if your looking for some "new age" information i guess, but keep this in mind, theres nothing new about the "new age".
