This book (as with all Mashiro's work) is easy to follow, with very clear instructions on techniques and the intended end effect. Remember though, that the moves described in the book should only be used for real if you can't escape! Having said that, this book is a _really_ good reference.
Anyone who is seriously learning about self defence will benefit from reading this.

if you are a martial artist with ANY experience atall in pressure points, an i mean ANY, dont bother, you will just have to pay to return it from whence it came. all the techniques are staggeringy basic with no explanation of the meridian system. it seems one blow to the leg will disable an opponent...mmm i thik not. unless its with an axe. far better searching for the dragon society, who are experts in pressure points.
