A great book for anyone interested in food, from the novice all the way through to the experienced cook. Not only do the recipes work but they're fun & innovative. Through I 'm a pretty experienced, I feel this book is helping me to become a better cook. Really can't say enough about it, this is simply one of the best cook books I've bought.
