Ended up getting this one returned in favor of the original for a few reasons.

I was initially advised this version would be easier for the beginner since the original is outdated and contains several errors.

Well i quickly grew to dislike the krassen version swapping it for the original.

1st the ornamentation is absolutely crammed and bulging off the pages- I found this very intrusive and irritating. If you like sligo style this may be a bonus but i dont really and would prefer to add ornamentation as i like but every tune is polluted with rolls all over the place. Worse still rather than the discreet 's' symbol the notation uses 5 different notes to show a roll. So suffice to say things are overcrowded.

Also many of the settings i liked from the original o neils (when i downloaded ones from the net) are missing and many tunes culled.

I have now bought the original o neils and was happy to see clean notation with only occasional ornamentation. Added to that I found an awesome reel today in original o nieils which was totally omitted form krassens version which makes me wonder how many other gems he chopped.
