Non-vegans: this is great!

I am a relatively experienced cook, I own stacks of cookbooks, but this is one of maybe three books I use most.
My yardstick for a good recipe book is making 6 recipes or more. I've made twelve recipes so far, and many of those recipes are in rotation for being made again and again. I've served the food to omnivores and vegetarians, and everyone comes back for seconds. The day before yesterday I made the middle eastern cous cous with dates and almonds and the tortilla soup. Tonight we're having artichokes al forno.
The instructions are clear and work. The recipes are tasty. This is exactly what a cookbook should be. Highly recommended.
