I must disagree with the previous reviewer. In a Rockwell book the only thing that matters is, of course, the quality of the illustrations. This is where this book completely fails. There are lot of them, but they are universally awful; grossly oversaturated, high contrast and with heavy colour casts. They look like rushed colour laser copies from the original edition. Many of them are so dark that all the detail is missing from the shadow areas and faces range from deep orange to puce. Considering the enormous lengths our Norman went to with his subtle originals, he would be mortified to see this publication. If the Post had served him this bad, I doubt he would have painted a second cover for them never mind 322.
If you want to appreciate Rockwell's genius, this is not the book to buy.
