This book is by a Psych for Psychs. If you're thinking of trying Counselling and Psychotherapy and not sure what it's all about but want to find out try other books first (Couch Fiction - a graphic novel written by a Psych to explain just that for perspective clients and Listening In - a novel written about therapy by a Psch) then come back to this one to find out how...

This book is by a Psych for Psychs. If you're thinking of trying Counselling and Psychotherapy and not sure what it's all about but want to find out try other books first (Couch Fiction - a graphic novel written by a Psych to explain just that for perspective clients and Listening In - a novel written about therapy by a Psch) then come back to this one to find out how therapists think the conselling and psychotherapy process works (BIG SECRET - they don't actually know but think it's something to do with talking!).
