These balls come up on the Amazon UK site when you put Yamuna Balls as a search. I ordered them; used them for a while, then got Yamuna balls from Yoga Space Leeds. Please be aware that the Miracle Balls are not Yamuna balls, the density and material is not the same. I have stopped using the Miracle Balls and I'm really impressed with the Yamuna ones.

this is an almost magical solution with simple tools -
easy to use, easy to understand, and incredibly effective.
wish i'd bought one sooner, it's made a clear and immediate impact on my muscle tension (minimising!) and has quickly and profoundly broadened my understanding of my own postural habits.

Tried using the balls every day. It seems to be helping my stomach muscles. Can't say my pain has gone but I do find lying on the balls really relaxing especially before bed. Sleeping really well due to the relaxation. Some of the positions are a bit uncomfortable so I miss them out

I wouldn't go as far as saying this is the solution to all your aches and pains, however it is a nice addition and the simple message of slowing down and using your bodyweight and'letting go' against the balls is a good one.
I am training to be a Pilates teacher and am interested in incorporating release exercises and self-massage elements into a general matwork class - this could be the very way to do so! The book is rather low-tech in it's descriptions, perfect for the lay person (I would suggest a spiral binding as it is very easy to lose the page) but with a bit of preamble and some sticking with it, you really get good results from using these little balls, and my rather spasm-y back muscles (from doing too much without warming up - tut tut!) were eased greatly after a few sessions. Cheaper and more accessible than a massage!

I decided to try these balls having suffered excruciating sciatic pain in my right leg for many months which nothing seemed to help. Within a week the pain was drastically reduced to barely a memory. I too am a sceptic but realise now how much damage we do to our backs through tension and stress, for which these balls provide simple relief. I now use them every day and they're definitely improving posture and other imbalances, which I hope will help prevent problems in the future. Only downside is the silly little instruction booklet, which would be much improved if it were in ring binder format with each exercise on one page.

Very effective for releasing tight muscles and myofascial release over entire body, would highly recommend. Have now bought 6 sets as have loaned to several friends who were equally impressed. Don't know what I would do without them.

I spend a lot of time writing my Regency novels at a computer, and I carry a lot of tension in my body, so these miracle balls are wonderful for me! I lie on them, (with a ball under my head and one between my shoulders) and all the hunched over stress melts away, leaving me flat and relaxed. Well worth the money for this one use alone. Easy and effective.

My pilates teacher introduced me to the balls, and I can always ask her for advice, which is great, because the little booklet is fiddly and hard to use. I had a look on YouTube but except for one kind German, speaking German, there are no demonstrations on how to use them, which is a shame. I am sure that these balls have an effect on problem areas, because I have problem areas, but trying to place the balls by myself was difficult - and how do I know if what I am feeling is a good release or the ball in the wrong place? If you were thinking of trying these balls for a problem area, it might be an idea to invest in an hour's advice from a professional. I can personally vouch for Pilates instructors trained by the Thoughtful Body studio in Derby.

For fun, I tried out these balls on lots of people who came around. ('Louise is easily amused,' said one. 'All it takes is something from the petshop!) Most people felt the effect to greater or lesser degrees. Only one person felt nothing.

So, 5 stars for the product, 1 star for the instructions.
