This book is excellent for vegetarians. It is also very good for non vegetarians, wherether they are cooking for vegetarians, or just fancy a non-meat dish. It gives ideas for how to acheive a healthy vegetarian diet, supplying all the nutrients you need. It also gives ideas for menu planning and cooking for special occasions. This book includes recipies for stunning, colourful and relatively quick, cheap and easy dishes. It is an excellent buy.
