Now, if like me you are fascinated by U2's amazing shows and stand in awe at their concerts and would like to know what goes into producing some of if not the biggest rock and roll concerts on the planet, then this book is for you. From their early days on the War tour right up until The last elvation tour this book covers every angle to do with putting these spectacles on. From conception through the final thing. The book talks to all the contributors Ned o'hanlon, willie williams,a great interview with U2's manager Paul Mcguiness, sound crews, lighting crews.Video technicians, you name it and they are in this book. You could not ask for a more comprehensive book. Great pics, and lots to read. I personally put on small bands in little venue where i live and after reading this, i think i'll be producing U2's next show.:)
That is how imformative it is. This book is also very honest about where things went wrong, technicly and financialy.
