This review is from: The Aga Book (Hardcover)
This is a bible for any Aga owner. It will tell you how to do anything. I have been trying to obtain a copy for some time, and even having owned an Aga for over 30 years still found out things I didn't know. Mary Berry of course is an Aga champion, and you can't get better than that. A brilliant encyclopedia and testament to this wonderful cooker.

5.0 out of 5 stars AGA virgins start here ..., 16 April 2011

This review is from: The Aga Book (Hardcover)
Probably the best cookbook to turn to if you have never cooked with an AGA before. All the recipes give you transferable skills so that, ultimately, you can successfully adapt any recipe from ANY cookbook whether it has been written with AGA owners in mind or not.

Unfortunately, The AGA Book by Mary Berry now seems to be out of print so if you have one, hang on to it or sell it here. I lost my original and replaced it through Amazon. Happily we are once again enjoying AGA cooked Seville Orange Marmalade, Bara Brith and Fudge: and that's just for breakfast!
