4.0 out of 5 stars Well recieved
I bought this book as a gift for my grandson, so haven't read it myself. However, he's enjoyed it a lot.

2.0 out of 5 stars Imagine Motley Crue's 'The Dirt' written by Ned Flanders
Really unimpressed by this book. Completely overwritten (November Rain isn't just a rock ballad, it's an "Aortic Anthem" and, apparently, "will be seen as the creative high water mark of this particular artist when historians cast their eyes back upon..." etc etc.).

No insights, no suprprises, annoyed me too much to last to the end. shame.

5.0 out of 5 stars Lighthearted and mischevious rock moments Rock!, 20 Dec 2006

I picked this up in the airport and truly enjoyed it, it is rare when a book will make me laugh out loud (which I did frequently) also reading about the real life struggle of a man working and living in a decadent Rock World he is getting paid to observe makes it very entertaining!
