Much simpler to use

I'm having great success with this book. I really liked the principles of the original Holford Low-GL Diet book and cookbook but somehow I couldn't quite make it work. This book is just so much more user-friendly. Weight reduction has been a little slower than I'd hoped but steady and I feel so good eating this food that I have plenty of energy to exercise daily, a far cry from low-calorie approaches. The learning about health and nutrition is invaluable. Highly recommended.
