Great recipes and advice. Easiest diet ever. I didn't think veggies could do a low carb diet but I am amazed at how the weight has literally melted off. Highly recommended.

Well written with varied interesting receipes and meal planners. Would highly recommend for Vegetaians who want to adopt low carb both for weight loss and health reasons.

I wanted to try this diet and was pleased with the book, but for me it seems difficult to stuck to. However, I've taken some tips from it and will keep trying.

Most informative and comprehensive book. Explains exactly how to diet with lo carbs when being a vegetarian and also gives good recipes for entertaining.

Great ideas, lovely new recipes - and it works! We particularly like the peanut smoothie recipe! Stevia is now freely available in this country too.

I am type 2 diabetic and find the bread substitute recipes extremely useful. Good book to dive into for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.

This is a great diet , it is the only one I had good results with, but I do miss not having any bread and some of the veg that quiet high in carps

Useful to have a veggie input to Low Carb but I found most of the actual recipes fairly unpleasant tasting. I would rather use a bit of natural sugar/honey than synthetic Stevia etc. I do now eat much less carb and more protein but more fruit than 'recommended. I would recommend this book.
