Well written, excellent diagrams/photos, well balanced. Also has some great routines often missed out in other books. As an active sportsperson I found this to be an excellent book on stretching

Full of pictures and advice, the book is well structured. You don't have to read it all, it's more a reference book where you can look in a table which part of your body you want to strecth and they tell you which exercises are good for you. Very good.

Super user friendly, more stretches than you can throw a stretch at, and all the info you could possibly want or need about stretching. This book really engages the reader/stretcher. Brilliantly and expertly written, suberbly put together. Love it!

The introduction to stretching, the reasons why and how etc. is excellent. The stretches themselves are clearly illustrated, well written. If you've taken up a new physical activity recently, you really should take a look at this book to give yourself greater flexibility. It's not a book for experts, it's for people like me, a 49yr old who has been running for only 2 years.
