Well written, excellent diagrams/photos, well balanced. Also has some great routines often missed out in other books. As an active sportsperson I found this to be an excellent book on stretching

5.0 out of 5 stars Well explained and complete book, 30 Jun. 2012

Full of pictures and advice, the book is well structured. You don't have to read it all, it's more a reference book where you can look in a table which part of your body you want to strecth and they tell you which exercises are good for you. Very good.

Super user friendly, more stretches than you can throw a stretch at, and all the info you could possibly want or need about stretching. This book really engages the reader/stretcher. Brilliantly and expertly written, suberbly put together. Love it!

5.0 out of 5 stars is excellent. The stretches themselves are clearly illustrated, 10 Oct. 2014

The introduction to stretching, the reasons why and how etc. is excellent. The stretches themselves are clearly illustrated, well written. If you've taken up a new physical activity recently, you really should take a look at this book to give yourself greater flexibility. It's not a book for experts, it's for people like me, a 49yr old who has been running for only 2 years.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant. The best book on stretching, 23 Jan. 2015

This review is from: Full-Body Flexibility - 2nd Edition (Paperback)
Brilliant. The best book on stretching, and better than any of the DVDs too. I particularly appreciated the stretching routines for various needs, and the helpful note about the range of motion portrayed in the photos (so often stretching books/DVDs/images show stretches done by impossibly flexible athletes or dancers, so then you can't judge how well you are doing or what you should be working towards.
