5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent
A fantastic book. This will be so much more help to people wanting to know how a golf swing works than your traditional golf instruction book. A combination of having a good coach to teach you the basics, and this book, and you will be well on your way to understanding your own swing.

2.0 out of 5 stars Limited value..
This book offers very limited value, in my opinion. Most of the content in the book can be found for free at [...], and the book does not offer an actual program or progression for how to use the exercises, but instead basically just lists a book full of stretches and exercises. Save your money, you can get the same using Google and MyTPI.

Very informative book for those golfers who want to improve their core muscles. It explains which area of the body to focus on to improve technique and then shows the muscles involved together with a description of the excersies best for that area of the body. Would highly recommend it as it would improve fitness level generally.

Brilliant book for conditioning your body in the off season. Use it and you will see how important it is for the affects on your body for your golf swing. The more flexible your body the better you can perform your golf swing. Very clearly written with good pictures.
