5.0 out of 5 stars Complete book of throws
Altough I am not a very experienced thrower and can't vouch for the accuracy of all the info. I have found the book excellent. It is well written and easy to follow with good photos and diagrams.I have found it very motivating. It gives good info on both technique and training.

If you're planning to start your coaching career and you're inexperienced coach you just made it the right choice by purchasing this book, it's a good buy for teachers, and coaches who are just starting coaching, highly recommended for self-taught coaches

If you are experienced then you should think twice before buying it you may/ will have a different point of view about some aspects regarding technique

However, this book is a good value for money, for under £15 you're getting important information about throws

The book gives you a pretty good idea of the different throwing disciplines. I was particularly keen on reading about the weight program that you can do and that gave a very good idea on suggestions. When it comes to the technique for throwing I think you need to be quite good at it in order to understand the text
