the book is very easy to read, BUT:

1. it will give a very little insight of exchange connectivity.

2. it will contain a lot of imo unnecessary screenshots making the book unreasonably bigger and heavier. although you may not need a screenshot for changing the outlook shortcut or junk email properties (the tab), for instance, you will find a lot like these in the book.

otherwise all is well.

A very thorough book that covers all aspects of Outlook use, but not for the very beginner.
Very easy to look up the subject that you are searching.
Some genius has put an CD with the book with an E-book-version on. If you are on the go, you can always carry your manuals with you in this manner and avoid the heavy load.
