I ordered this book with the impression that it could be useful for troubleshooting,as the accompanying write-up I viewed prior to purchasing appeared to suggest this.Although it is very well presented and easy to follow, due to the colour-coded layout,it is,without a doubt, only suitable for people who have never used any windows programs before. It does not help with problems, there is only one page dedicated to system start-up problems. It continually refers you to contact microsoft to resolve even the most minor of problems.Excellent for beginners though.
