i'm well known for being incredibly inflexible. and after the last few sports injuries i decided it was time to look into my lack of flexibility as maybe one of the causes.

i cant remember where i read a rave review of this book, but i decided i had to have it. and after receiving the book and reading the introduction i realized i wouldnt be disappointed. firstly because Kit is a complete geek - it seems all he ever thinks about is stretching. Secondly, he's been really inflexible before as well so he understands what it's like.

I've been doing the exercises now for two months (every second day or so), and i've made basic flexibility gains that i never thought possible. the great thing is that the exercises are graduated, and there is a real emphasis on safety - which is great as i always have a tendency to injure myself when taking up new exercises.

the one side effect i didnt expect was the calmness that these exercises have brought. i feel much more dynamic and effective at work, and able to focus for much longer periods of time. i am generally much more in tune with how my body is feeling, and if there is any stress/tension, i just stretch it out.

I highly recommend it!
