This review is from: Crash Course Rheumatology and Orthopaedics, 3e (Paperback)
Crash Course Rheumatology and Orthopaedics 3rd ed.

Very logical and concise introduction and book chapters. For each of the conditions, includes all salient points, differentials, investigations and imaging. Very easy to read test and layout of text inside the chapters. Not too heavy text on pages. Covers both diseases and conditions like `malignancy' and `gout', but also non-specific conditions like `an acute hot swollen joint', `swelling' and `joint pain'. The level of detail of pathology and aetiology is appropriate for answering clinician's questions and MCQs. Single best answers and extended matching questions give sufficient and realistic clinical scenarios to test one's knowledge. Final points- an easy readable Rheum and Ortho book that will serve you well in the clinical years.
