It is a relief to find a gluten free cookbook with results that do not taste like poor cousins to the "real thing". Very much appreciated.

If you just love delicious food, you don't have to have an allergy to enjoy the great recipes in this book. Although, I have a gluten allergy myself, I have tried many of these recipes on my friends and they have always been a success and have been highly praised.

This is a wonderful book. It is great to be able to eat delicious food again, having been restricted to rather bland cooking for the past couple of years since having to stop eating wheat and dairy products.
I don't know how the author managed to come up with a wheat and dairy free bread sauce that tastes just like the real thing - but I am delighted that she has!
My only regret is that Antoinette Savill didn't write this book years ago.

This is an excellent addition to anybodies cooking reference if they or their family and friends have a more specialist diet. I would even suggest those with no need to eat a specialist diet try it.
