I was researching a lecture on a medieval/17th century barber surgeon and this book provided excellent background information. If this is what you need, this book will do it nicely.

Whilst I have purchased many second hand books through Amazon, I have never been sent one previously that had been so badly marked. Clearly used by a previous OU student it had highlighting on almost every page for more than half the book and in addition had marginal notes in pen.
Having said that the book was at least readable through the distraction of the...
