As a Nanny, Mange Tout has been a great resource for recipes, tips and fun activities. Lucy and Pod make meal times a huge success.

The book is easy to read and refer to when needed and I would recommend it too everyone regardless of whether you need extra help with meal times or not.

My child is the fussiest eater and up to the age of 2 would not try any vegetables. Thanks to Lucy, who puts fun into eating healthily, she has finally tried beetroot, carrot and corgette!

This book has taken the stress out of our family mealtimes. Lucy has reassured me that we are not bad parents - just normal ones. The book is so easy to dip into and my three year old is now playing with his food and its OK!!! Anyone can use these simple fun ideas to get children interested in fruit and vegetables. Thank you Lucy - I just wish we could go to a class together but this book is almost as good.

Lucy's book has been inspirational to my family and I. I was about to lose hope that my kids (2 and 4 years) would ever eat anything green but Lucy's advice and simple ideas have certainly put these two on the right track. I'd highly recommend this book to any parent, whether they're struggling to get their kids to eat fruit and veg, or just to make mealtimes a fun family affair!

This is a fantastic book giving both recipe ideas and brilliant games to play to stop mealtimes being fraught. Introducing new foods in a stress free way has been fantastic for my young children. My 2 year old now tends to choose vegetables as the first thing he eats on a plate of food - and I have learnt that playing with your food is a great way to eat!

This really is simply the best book out there for any parent of young children. It is easy to read, with great tips and recipes and also includes comments from real life parents! I love it and most importantly my kids love it as they really enjoy helping me cook from Lucy and Pods recipes.

I would definately recommend this book to anyone with children. It offers sound advice for getting children to eat their food, using methods and approaches that are sensible, easy to do and fun. The book is easy to dip in and out of and offers something more than a list of 'healthy recipes'. My children love to make cakes and they now help me prepare vegetables (even if their own vegetable just ends up a bit bashed about by them). They know what is coming on their plate and they eat it. I've been that mum scouring the food books for a way to get my child to just open his mouth. Well look no further, the answer is in Lucy's book.

After reading reviews and doing research, I hoped this book would help my toddler with her pickiness about food. It is definitely helping and getting her to try new things. The book is packed with great ideas and nutrition advice. My toddler still isn't eating everything but I can see using the ideas in the book over time will help. Found this much more helpful that a dieticitan's advice which was just to put food on a plate and eventually they'll eat it!!

Only of interest if your child point blank won't eat veg and your pulling your hair out over it .My 2 yr old will give most things a shot so not worth purchasing from our point of view.
