I bought this book because a work colleague pointed me to a recipie on the internet on how to bone chickens. The recipie came from this book. The book has very good recipies but does more - it shows you step by step in pictures (I'm a visual learner!!) the techniques for carving, butchering etc. Many of the modern cookery books don't teach you the knife etc skills you need to be successful.

I will get others in the series if I can find them.
