This book is marvelous. Most of the ingredients don't require a trip to a foreign country. The taste, amazing. This book also has a lot of information on yoga, if that is of your interest. It is mostly vegan. I'd say about 99%.

We thought the recipes a little under inspiring and the photos of food a bit bland. There are better books for Yoga food.

This book is marvelous. Most of the ingredients don't require a trip to a foreign country. The taste, amazing. This book also has a lot of information on yoga, if that is of your interest. It is mostly vegan. I'd say about 99%.

It was high time for someone to write a book based on the principles of Yogic cooking. Being a Yoga Teacher myself and following the Yogic principles on eating sometimes students wonder how you can create great tasting dishes without onions, garlic, leeks, mushrooms, vinegar etc, now I can tell them just get this book. The recipies are visually well presented and easy to follow, there is something for everyone. I can heartily recommend this book to anyone interested in the practice of Yoga and a healthy vegetarian diet.

This is a Fantastic book, with excellent recipes. The secret of this book and the recipes in it, is that they are all very quick and easy, so even with a busy life style, it is possible to live healthily! And the cake recipes are divine!
Be aware that this particular version is with american measurements, not in grams and kilos, but cups and ounzes.

this cookbook is amazing have cooked about 6 recipes and each one a winner. would definately recommend, the eggplant mini pizzas are brill. Have tried other healthy eating recipes b4 and they have never been that tasty, Love it

Wonderful book not only in terms of the recipes but if you are looking for some insight on what are the effects of each food and ingredient, which are the healthier ones... They also explain how to take a healthier and balanced lifestyle which can come directly related to food but have many other positive consequences. Very interesting for reflecting, the only down is the lack of pictures in each recipe... making it a little hard to visualize the final aspect of each plate.

Book was in excellent condition, explained in good detail about the purposes of a yogic diet. Bought as gift for partner, he was very pleased. Has a number of different recipes, both creative, tasty, and nutritious. Very pleased with purchase!
