Excellent recipes and cooking guidance

I bought this book recently for my husband, as he was looking into buying a bbq for the first time. The start has some great info on cooking over charcoal versus gas which helped us decide which would suit us best. There are so many great recipes in here for all kinds of different fish, meats, vegetables and fruits plus marinades and rubs, with easy to follow instructions and a photo with each. Until this book we'd only really had the student sausage and burger bbqs, but this book has turned us into gourmet chefs and over the summer we've had the bbq out almosy every week to try something new.
